My variation on the burger. Grilled mushroom instead of the bun, but only for the top :) So it's half burger half salad!!
Enjoy burger deliciousness without guilt or bloating!

 2 Home made beef patties
 Rocket
 Tomatoes
 Cheddar Cheese
 Pickles
 Bacon - 4-6 rashers (depending on how much you like it!)
  Swiss Brown Mushroom cups
 Cracked papper

It's more of a idea than a proper recipe. Burgers are as versatile as your imagination.

Home made beef patties, rocket, tomatoes, cheese, home smoked bacon, mushrooms and pickles.

I only used one mushroom cup per burger, it was resting on the rocket and tomatoes.

Grill your patties, bacon and mushrooms together on BBQ hot plate.

Once patties are done, spread cheese on top and cover the bbq hood for cheese to melt into your patties.

Start assembling: bed of rocket and tomatoes, cheesy patty, bacon, pickles. Crack some black pepper and cover with mushroom cup.

HEAVEN!!
