Beak & Sons Hickory BBQ Pork Ribs

Another lazy food review This time it’s Beak and Sons bbq baby ribs from Coles. Pre-cooked already, so just needs to be heated in the oven for 30 min with the basting half way through

I had them work with the sides of Tex-Mex style grilled corn (see recipe under “sides”), blanched asparagus and salad. I am not sure how it’s supposed to feed 3 people (serving suggestion) when it had just 2 medium size rib racks… so just perfect for 2 people. Am not sharing my ribs with anyone!

So end result? Very nice! Bbq marinade was good, I didn’t need to adjust to flavour, and the ribs were soft and juicy. And by using baking paper, it doesn’t stick and no washing up required!

Ribs were $12, corn, asparagus and salad – about $6-7, so about $18-19 for two. Pretty good I say for ribs dinner 🙂
