I don’t often do sophisticated breakfasts, but I Love yummy start of the day and for me it needs to be Real Food, not just a shake or cereal, which I can’t stomach. Also If I don’t eat well, I start felling dizzy at work, and it’s not ideal when driving 50 tons vehicle. These are ideas just of what you can make with often minimal ingredients that will fuel you up, keep you full, are good for you ( not just empty calories with no nutrients or macros) so you are not HANGRY by 10 am. Or, and taste pretty good.
